Atlanta Summer Festival went down a couple of weeks ago.   Atlanta's Caribbean community anxiously awaited the event given the epic failure of last year’s Atlanta Carifest. The event billed as a "world class event" fell short of  this goal however,  we did get some of the headliner acts and some fun local talent.

Lindsay Lohan met her judicial match and is going to jail - FINALLY! Judge Marsha Revel spared no sympathy on the young Hollywood starlet who had repeatedly ignored the terms of her probation of her 2007 DUI.  After reading the sentence of 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab, a shell-shocked Lindsay broke down and grabbed onto her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, with a look of sheer fright.

Prince Tribute

The BET Awards went down last night in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium. In my opinion, this was a great show!!!! So many great moments, some WTF and then there was Chris Brown!!!
