According to Fulton County, Georgia records, Usher Raymond and Tameka Raymond were officially divorced as of Wednesday, November 4. Usher who filed for divorce back in June recently released his single "Papers" and the song has been climbing the charts ever since.  The couple have two children Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.

Its now official, yesterday, Usher Raymond IV officially filed divorce papers in Superior Court in Atlanta. Usher married Tameka Foster almost two years ago amid a well publicized fire storm of disapproval from his mother. The pair have reportedly lived apart for the past year or so making the divorce filing not so much of a surprises. Of late, Usher has been seen around with women other than his wife further adding to the recent divorce speculations.

Usher and Tameka have two boys together and Tameka also has three children from a previous marriage.
Damn, damn, damn!

The websites, blogs and media outlets were all in a tizzy yesterday when In Touch magazine reported that Usher and Tameka had filed for divorce after only 2 years of marriage. At last check, however, there are no divorce papers filed at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta (yet!).As previously reported, the couple has been living apart for over a year now and Usher has been seen around with another woman - Grace Miguel, a Def Jam executive. Not sure if the couple is splitting or not but it does seem clear that there is trouble in paradise. I personally hope the couple can reconcile any differences for the sake of their very young children, Usher Raymond V, 19 mos. and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 6 mos. If the couple does split, Tameka will likely lose her job as Usher's stylist but gain a child support check instead! So sad.....

Usher, a good rule of thumb don't marry the woman your mother doesn't like. Mom knows best!
