The CARAH Awards are the premiere recognition awards in the Caribbean American community. Katt Williams has been arrested and is reportedly being held in a Coweta County jail awaiting a hearing this afternoon.  The comedian whose real name is  Micah Williams was arrested on burglary and criminal trespassing charges.  Pictured here is his mug shot from the Coweta County Sherriff's department

Katt Williams is not having a good year.  The comedian who has grossed over $50million filed for bankruptcy in July.

Michael Jackson's father, Joe Jackson, has petitioned the courts for financial support from Michael Jackson's estate.  The 81-year old father of the late Michael Jackson contends that he was supported by Michael indirectly through his wife Katherine.  The filing states "he does not have a regular or steady source of income, and he was dependent upon the money provided by his son, Michael Jackson, through his wife, Katherine Jackson, for his support" .

Katherine was awarded $26,000 monthly while the children are receiving $60,000 monthly for their care.  The amount of Joe's request is undisclosed however, in an itemized list of expenses, he is spending approximately $10,000 monthly including $3,000 in hotel expenses!!!
