This year's 52nd Grammy Awards will air on Sunday, January 31. All of music's finest will be in attendance, presenting and performing. In my opinion, this year's most interesting road to the Grammys has to be Beyoncé. Beyoncé already an accomplished artist, has performed for President Obama, already has a dozen Grammys under her belt, has sold out concert arenas the world over and was just named Billboard's Artist of the Decade.  However, despite these accomplishments, the most revered Grammy awards, Album of the Year and Record of the Year, has continually eluded B.  Will this year be the year of the B?

Christina Milian is asking "who let the dog's out?" after her 81-year old neighbor Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit claiming to have been attacked by Milian's dog.   According to TMZ, Millian is facing a lawsuit that involves her mother and her sister  .  The suit claims that negligence on the part of Milian's family caused him "severe personal injuries."   Leo told TMZ that he received 19 stitches to the wound and months of painful rehabilitation.  The amount of the lawsuit remains unspecified.

The Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival is arguably the pinnacle Caribbean Jazz Festival. The annual festival brings throngs of festival goers from all corners of the world. This year's festival is running from January 24 to January 31. This year's line up is very impressive and includes: Baby Face, Gladys Knight, Hall & Oates, Erykah Badu, The Queen Project (Deborah Cox, Kelly Price and Tamia), Billy Ocean, Machel Montano, The Whispers, Maxi Priest, Joss Stone and the list goes on. Forget about Who Wants to Work for Diddy, I want to be adopted by Diddy!!  Diddy, aka Puff Daddy, aka Sean Combs, aka P. Diddy, aka, Puffy, (ok, you get the idea he's ridiculous with the name changes!) had a huge sweet sixteen birthday party for his son Justin at New York's M2 Ultralounge.  Justin Dior Combs' party will undoubtedly be the piece de la resistance for this season of  MTV's My Super Sweet Sixteen. As if having an Atlanta restaurant named after you isn't enough, Justin received a silver Maybach for his birthday gift.    Let me repeat that.   Sixteen year old, Justin Combs got a Maybach for his birthday!!!!   This is proof in the pudding that the recession is over and that we have overcome!!!
